FA Cup Final, Manchester City v Tottenham Hotspur. The 100th Final is played out with appropriate drama. Manchester City's Tommy Hutchinson scores twice but unfortunately one is an own goal to send the tie into the first replay to be held at Wembley. Spurs triumph 3-2 with that famous Ricky Villa goal settling the tie but for me Steve Mackenzies volley was sublime and as a City fan the best of the lot. The Spurs line up that day was Aleksic, Hughton, Miller, Roberts, Perryman, Villa, Ardiles, Archibald, Galvin, Hoddle and Crooks, and for Manchester City were Corrigan, Ransom, McDonald, Caton, Reid, Mackenzie, Gow, Power, Bennett, Reeves and Hutchinson.
