OTM Products
All products sold by OTM are ‘used’ although they may be described in some circumstances in ‘as new’ condition. By means of photographs and detailed specifications you will be given an honest view of the condition of each item. There may be times when the price or specification needs to be altered and OTM reserve the right to do this without notice.
Payment
Before shipping all goods are required to be paid for in full, including postage. Payments will be accepted by credit and debit card (via Paypal) and by cheque. Customers paying by cheque are asked to allow a minimum of 7 days for the cheque to clear before expecting delivery
Returns
If at any time a customer is not satisfied with an item or feels the item is not as described, a full refund, including postage will be given. The goods should be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Cancelled Orders
If payment for an items is not received within 7 days OTM will make contact with the customer. If a further 7 days elapses and payment is still not received the order will be deemed to be cancelled and the item re-advertised on OTM's website.
Loss of Goods
Goods are sent out at the buyers’ risk but every effort will be made by OTM to ensure safe delivery by secure packaging and clear labelling. In the unlikely event of lost items sent by OTM by Recorded or Signed-For delivery, OTM will refund the value of the items, including postage.
