We have provided a number of simple ways you can move around the site so that you can find what you need quickly and easily!
Finding your Product
Selecting by Home Team, Away Team and Year
The search facility at the top of the left hand menu enables you to search for a product by 'home team', 'away team' and 'year'. This advanced search facility means that you can find a specific product quickly - no matter where you are on the site!
Selecting by ProductCategory
All product category pages have been designed to provide an easy and seamless user experience. Where more than one product category page exists, all additional pages are listed at the top and the bottom of the page so that you can click on a particular page with ease.

Viewing your Product
Product Information
One of the most important pages at OTM Memorabilia is the product details page. This page gives you further information about the product you are interested in. From here you can see the product in more detail, get further information about it, view related products and of course add it to your basket.
Product Image
All products on our site have a picture so you can clearly see the product you wish to buy - all products also have a Zoom image too. This is a large image (it may take a minute to download on slower connections) that displays a larger image of the product. Some of the more expensive items have two or more large images so that you can feel confident in your knowledge of the item should you wish to buy.
Availability
All of our items are ready for delivery from stock. Items are removed immediately they are purchased so you will not see images of out-of-stock products.
Purchasing your Product
Add to Basket
Clicking this button performs the task of adding the item to your basket, then click on either "Proceed to Checkout" to proceed to the basket or "Continue Shopping" to continue shopping.
Purchasing your goods with us is designed to be simple, quick and secure. Before you order, please ensure that:
(a) You have ordered the correct product(s)
(b) The desired quantities are correct
(c) You are aware of the expected delivery dates for the product
(d) You have read the Terms and Conditions.
When you are at your basket, and you are ready to purchase, click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.
Customer Registration
New Customer
If you are a new Customer then you will taken through the registration process in which you will be prompted to enter information such as your delivery address and name and your payment details. You will also be asked to provide an email address and password which will enable you to login to the site in the future after this is completed you will be shown an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
Existing Customer
If you are an existing Customer then you will be asked to log in, if you have not done so already. If none of your details have changed then you will be asked for your credit card details. After this is completed you will be shown an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
Security
Please note that that when you click "Complete Order" you will be taken to the secure area of OTM Memorabilia. This means that all the card payment information you enter will be encrypted so it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Please complete all the details required during the shopping process carefully, ensuring that all the fields are completed fully. Your order will then be confirmed, and all you have to do then is sit back and wait for the goods to be delivered.
Your Information and why it helps us
Registering
When you first order a product from us, a profile is created from the information that you volunteer. This includes obvious details such as your delivery address and your name. A more detailed list of the information that we store is listed below together with the reason that we ask for it.
Your name, and surname
Please complete these fields with the details as requested.
Your telephone and mobile telephone numbers
We require these so we can quickly contact you in the event of a query with any orders you make. These numbers will not be passed on to any third party and we will contact you only if we really need to. These are optional - you do not have to leave them if you do not wish to do so.
E-mail address
This is important as it is used to log you in to the website. Please complete this field carefully checking it is correct. We can also keep you updated with special offers and news about the our website with this address. This information will not be used by anyone other than OTM Memorabilia.
Password
You will also be prompted to create a password, this should be between six and 12 characters and something you can easily remember, but that is not too obvious! It is recommended you make your password a mixture of letters and numbers for security purposes. Your password is case sensitive - this means the system will accept peanuts, but not PEANUTS or PEAnuts as the same entry.
Repeat Visitors
We will welcome you by name to our store and hopefully give you a personalised service that is second to none. You will also notice that once you have logged in to the store, as long as you don't want to change any details, we will prompt you with your delivery address thus saving you time and effort. With regard to security you will still have to input a Credit Card number for payment, thus your account is secure and only you will be able to place orders.
